Job Title: Production SupervisorJob DescriptionThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations within the Mobility department, ensuring production schedules, work orders, quality requirements, and safety standards are achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role that actively supervises shop floor operations, coordinates workflow, prioritizes production activities, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support customer delivery requirements and operational objectives. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations within the Mobility department. • Ensure production schedules, work orders, quality requirements, and safety standards are met. • Actively supervise shop floor operations and coordinate workflow. • Prioritize production activities to meet delivery commitments. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational objectives. Essential Skills • Production supervision experience. • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead 20-50 people. • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations. • Strong understanding of work order management and production scheduling. • Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production tracking and reporting. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S principles. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Effective communication across production, engineering, quality, and management teams. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Ability to motivate, train, and develop production personnel. • Familiarity with quality control processes and manufacturing best practices. • Flexible and willing to support multiple production areas as needed. • Working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices. One position covers the weekday shift from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and the other covers the weekend shift from 6am to 6:30pm, Friday through Sunday. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Dunlap, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $68000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.10 holidays PTO benefits possible ability to have flex schedule Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Dunlap,TN.
