Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionThis role involves operating general production machinery in injection mold, blow mold, and assembly areas within a manufacturing environment. You will support various stages of production, including machine operation, assembly, packaging, and inspection. No prior experience is required, and comprehensive on-the-job training is provided for individuals who are willing to work and learn.Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in injection mold, blow mold, and assembly areas according to established procedures and safety guidelines. • Perform general production and general labor tasks to support continuous manufacturing operations. • Assist with assembly of products and components, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process. • Handle packaging and packing of finished goods, preparing items for storage or shipment. • Conduct basic inspection of products to identify defects or inconsistencies and report issues promptly. • Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet daily and weekly output targets. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency. • Adhere to all workplace safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment for ears and eyes. • Work assigned shifts and be available for additional hours during peak production or product launches, within established maximum daily and weekly limits. • Comply with attendance and performance expectations, including adherence to the point-based system for absences and infractions. Essential Skills

• Ability to perform general production and general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment. • Willingness to learn machine operation, including injection mold and blow mold equipment, with provided training. • Capability to carry out assembly, packaging, and inspection duties with attention to detail. • Basic ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures. • Reliability in attending scheduled shifts and meeting attendance standards under a point-based system. • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks associated with production work. • Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general production, food service, or manufacturing is helpful but not required. • Experience in construction, assembly, or machine operation is an advantage. • Familiarity with packaging, packing, and inspection processes in a production setting is beneficial. • Ability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime and additional days during peak periods. • Strong work ethic and willingness to be trained on multiple production tasks. The environment involves active production lines with machinery for injection molding, blow molding, assembly, packaging, and inspection. Ear and eye protection is required, and tennis shoes are acceptable; steel-toe footwear is not required. The workplace uses a point-based attendance system, where reaching eight points results in termination, so reliability and punctuality are important. Shifts follow Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday: 1st shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 2nd shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and 3rd shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Employees typically average around 54 hours per week and may work 6–7 days per week during peak periods or product launches, with overtime paid at 1.5x between 41 and 52 hours and 2x above 52 hours. There is a cap of 12 work hours per day and 64 hours per week to support safety and well-being. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dunlap, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.39/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
