Join a Stable Manufacturing Team! We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are delivered to production lines, finished goods are moved to the warehouse, and shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently.If you have forklift experience in a manufacturing setting and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment with excellent long-term benefits, we'd like to hear from you. • 12-hour rotating schedule: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM • 4 days on / 4 days off • Training may be conducted on first shift for approximately two weeks • Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs What You'll Do
• Safely operate a sit-down forklift, including double-fork equipment • Transport raw materials from the warehouse to production areas • Move finished products from production to warehouse staging locations • Load, unload, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility • Support shipping and receiving operations • Use RF scanners and basic computer systems for inventory tracking • Accurately record material movements and maintain inventory accuracy • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to meet operational goals • Follow all company safety policies and quality standards Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment • Experience operating a sit-down forklift required • Experience operating double-fork forklifts is a plus • Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners preferred • Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment throughout the shift • Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment • Ability to safely work around moving equipment and forklift traffic Benefits

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of HANOVER, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
