Join a Growing Manufacturing Team in York, PA! We are currently hiring Industrial Machine Operators for a variety of manufacturing and production facilities throughout the York area. If you have experience operating machinery, working in a production environment, or have strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!This position offers stable employment, opportunities for advancement, and hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
• Operate and monitor industrial production equipment and machinery • Load materials and remove finished products from machines • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications • Adjust machine settings and make minor operational corrections • Measure parts using tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and micrometers • Complete production paperwork and reporting requirements • Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards • Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance • Work with team members to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For
• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred • Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks • Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment Preferred Experience

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
