Job Title: Cleanroom Production OperatorJob DescriptionOperate injection molding presses and drill presses within the specified cycle time. Perform visual inspections, checks, and tests in the manufacture of custom molded devices. Responsibilities • Operate injection molding machines and other equipment such as pad printers, sonic welders, and heat stakers. • Inspect products according to quality plans and perform degating, trimming, and additional secondary operations as per control plans. • Package products to customer specifications and label product containers according to order activation worksheets. • Identify molding problems and notify the Molding Technician for corrections. • Perform assembly of products as directed by work instructions and complete daily Production Activity Logs. • Maintain a stable mold cycle and ensure a high level of attention to detail. • Keep work area clean and maintain the ability to work in a cleanroom environment as assigned by management. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
