• Assemble signs according to established specifications and quality standards. • Use basic hand tools and production equipment safely and correctly during the assembly process. • Perform light assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Follow standardized production procedures to ensure consistent output and product quality. • Inspect assembled parts and finished signs for defects, errors, or inconsistencies before completion. • Maintain an organized and clean work area to support efficient production flow. • Work independently while coordinating with a small team to meet daily production goals. • Adhere to all safety guidelines and manufacturing best practices throughout the shift. • Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled production timelines. Essential Skills
• At least 2 years of experience working in a production environment. • At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in basic assembly work, including light assembly tasks. • Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively in a production setting. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks. • Reliability in following established processes and work instructions. • Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team output. • Comfort working in a structured, production-focused environment. The position follows a first-shift schedule, either 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, providing consistent daytime hours in a stable production environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
