• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on commercial construction projects • Coordinate daily work activities to maintain project schedules and production goals • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings • Perform site layout and verify measurements to ensure accurate installations • Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards throughout all phases of construction • Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades • Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA safety requirements • Manage material deliveries, inventory, and jobsite organization • Identify and resolve field issues to minimize project delays • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction software for reporting and project documentation Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or Foreman • Commercial construction experience required • Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, finish carpentry, doors, hardware, and interior build-outs • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications • Experience leading crews and coordinating jobsite activities • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification preferred • Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Experience Experience with:

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of West Palm Beach, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
