Job Title: Fabricator AssociateJob DescriptionThe Fabricator Associate assembles and fabricates parts and products by accurately following schematics, work instructions, and training materials. This role focuses on reading and interpreting blueprints and CAD files, preparing and fitting materials, and using hand and power tools to produce high-quality assemblies while maintaining a safe and organized work area.Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble parts according to work instructions, training, and product schematics. • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and 1:1 drawings to understand product requirements and assembly instructions. • Verify dimensions and product specifications to ensure components meet required tolerances. • Ensure all required parts and materials for each assembly are present before starting work. • Mark accurate cutting lines on materials based on drawings and instructions. • Use hand tools and power tools to perform fabrication, fitting, buffing, grinding, and assembly tasks, particularly with stainless steel components. • Report and document product malfunctions, defects, or nonconformities in a clear and timely manner. • Complete production and quality forms to document work performed and support traceability. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and remain aware of surroundings at all times. • Support and follow all quality, safety, and environmental programs, procedures, and standards. • Work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain professionalism at all levels of the organization. • Follow directions, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments with consistency and accuracy. • Operate heavy machinery when required and as trained, following all safety guidelines. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, understanding that responsibilities may change over time to meet operational needs. Essential Skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and 1:1 drawings at a basic level. • Experience using hand tools and power tools in a fabrication or assembly environment. • Basic fabrication and assembly skills, including fitting, buffing, and grinding, particularly with stainless steel components. • Attention to detail in verifying dimensions and product specifications. • Ability to follow written and verbal directions, procedures, and instructions accurately. • Capability to complete production and quality forms clearly and accurately. • Good manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination for precise fabrication and assembly work. • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance and report to work on time. • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers. • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work area and supporting safety and environmental programs. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing or production experience, preferred. • Proficiency operating heavy machinery, preferred. • Experience working with stainless steel materials in a fabrication or assembly setting. • Familiarity with fabrication processes such as fitting, buffing, and grinding. • Comfort working with both hand tools and power tools in a production environment. • Flexibility to take on additional duties and adapt to changes in responsibilities as needed. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and following all quality, safety, and environmental programs. Work hours are structured to support regular and predictable attendance, and you will collaborate closely with a team of fabrication and assembly professionals in a professional, safety-conscious setting. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Pasco, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
