• 12-hour rotating shifts • Day and Night Shift opportunities available • Overtime opportunities may be available What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator / Material Handler, you'll be responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, supporting production operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role involves operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts, using RF scanners, managing material flow, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks at shipping and receiving docks. • Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. • Transport materials and inventory throughout the facility to support production needs. • Stage raw materials, resins, and components according to production schedules and work orders. • Use RF scanners and inventory systems to accurately track material movements and locations. • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and assist with physical inventory activities. • Monitor material levels and communicate shortages to warehouse and production leadership. • Maintain organized warehouse, staging, and production support areas using 5S principles. • Complete required documentation accurately, including inventory records, material verifications, lot changes, and operational checklists. • Support production by replenishing materials, managing color/material changeovers, and conducting line clearances. • Operate and maintain material handling systems, auxiliary equipment, blenders, dryers, grinders, and packaging-related equipment. • Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance activities to support efficient operations. • Package, label, stack, and prepare finished goods according to customer and company specifications. • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures at all times. • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and other warehouse or production duties as assigned. What We're Looking For ✅ Previous forklift operating experience (stand-up forklift experience preferred)✅ Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environments✅ Ability to safely work around industrial equipment and moving machinery✅ Comfortable using RF scanners and inventory management systems✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy✅ Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout a 12-hour shift✅ Dependable attendance and a strong safety mindset✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
