We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a leading manufacturing facility in York, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products throughout the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping prevent defects before products are shipped to customers.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with quality inspection experience who enjoy problem-solving, working closely with production teams, and maintaining high-quality standards. • Monday - Thursday • 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM • Starting pay: $22.55/hr Night Shift
• Sunday: 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM • Monday - Thursday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM • Starting pay: $23.75/hr • Potential schedule flexibility after successful training and performance What You'll Do
• Perform quality inspections and testing throughout the manufacturing process • Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards • Use calipers, tape measures, and other measuring equipment to verify product dimensions • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Identify, document, and remove non-conforming products • Approve finished products before shipment • Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues • Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation • Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives • Verify measuring equipment is functioning properly and report calibration needs • Work closely with production personnel to ensure quality requirements are met • Support corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality concerns Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of quality control, quality assurance, or inspection experience • Ability to read and interpret blueprints • Experience using calipers, tape measures, and precision measuring tools • Strong documentation and computer skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Good communication skills and professional attitude Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing environment producing PVC products for the window industry • Frequent walking throughout the production floor • Industrial setting that can be dusty and noisy • Facility is not temperature controlled • Requires standing for extended periods and performing detailed inspections • PPE required, including safety glasses and steel-toe footwear • Hearing protection is provided and required in designated areas Dress Code
