About this role

Job Title: Production Specialist Pay$20.00 - $25.00/hrJob DescriptionJoin a growing electronics manufacturer in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This hands-on role involves operating equipment, performing detailed assembly and inspections, and maintaining quality standards. No manufacturing experience is required and training is provided.Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and follow work instructions. • Load materials and monitor manufacturing processes. • Perform inspections and quality checks on products. • Document production and inspection results. • Use basic computer systems for data entry and tracking. • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. • Support other production areas as needed. Essential Skills

• High School Diploma or GED. • Strong attention to detail and reliability. • Ability to follow written instructions and specifications. • Basic computer and data entry skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working with small components. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. • Experience with assembly, inspection, or production environments is a plus. • Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment. • Ability to cross-train and support multiple departments.
