• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on steel poles, utility structures, and fabricated components • Read blueprints, flat sheets, work orders, and welding layouts • Operate welding, plasma cutting, and oxy-acetylene equipment • Fabricate and weld structural steel components • Use measuring tools to ensure precision and quality standards • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment • Follow production, quality, and safety requirements Who We're Looking For We are open to candidates ranging from entry-level welders with basic welding knowledge to highly skilled welders and fabricators. Preferred Qualifications
• MIG welding experience (Flux Core and Pulse experience is a plus) • Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols • Experience with fabrication and measuring equipment • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Bonus Skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
