• Assemble mechanical components and HVAC/chiller systems • Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment • Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions • Test, inspect, and verify product quality • Align and adjust parts to precise specifications • Learn and perform brazing on copper components • Work with a team to meet production and quality goals What We're Looking For ✔ 3+ years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment✔ Experience using hand and power tools✔ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or assembly instructions✔ Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude✔ Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, HVAC, fabrication, or industrial assembly is a plus Why Join This Team?
