✂️ Experienced Dog Groomer Wanted – Immediate Opportunity Bastrop Veterinary Hospital is actively seeking an experienced Pet Groomer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled groomer with an existing skillset who is ready to step into a busy, established client base and earn competitive commission-based income. ⚠️ Important: Candidates must have prior professional dog grooming experience . We do not offer training for this position. You must have their own tools (scissors, clippers, and blower) We will provide a bathtub, soap, grooming table. This is a part-time position , with a schedule of 2–3 days per week, Wednesday through Friday . Perform full-service grooming: bathing, brushing, clipping, nail trims, and styling Evaluate coat and skin condition and recommend appropriate services Safely handle and restrain pets to ensure a stress-free experience Maintain a clean, organized grooming workspace Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming needs and preferences Keep accurate grooming records and client notes Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure pet health and safety
