Help dental teams grow, build confidence, and deliver exceptional care through meaningful learning and development. Schedule-Monday-Friday, 40 hours weekly. This position will travel to all dental locations through Compass. The role will be home-based when not needed in clinics. The schedule may vary depending on the training needs. The Dental Trainer supports the growth and success of Dental employees by providing engaging education, skill development, onboarding, and ongoing learning opportunities. This role partners with Dental leadership and clinical teams to deliver effective training, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for continued development. Through a combination of in-person, virtual, and hands-on learning, the Dental Trainer helps strengthen team capabilities while supporting department goals and the organization’s strategic plan.
