Blue Mantis is looking for an Onsite technical position for a 3 month contrac t with in the Build/Configuration center, which has contracted Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”), customer specific requirements for technical and quality processes and procedures. The QCC Technician will report to the Manager – Build / Configuration Centre. Duties and responsibilities Configuration of day-to-day orders on the build/configuration team to which they are assigned and customizing the hardware and software requirements while adhering to Blue Mantis and client expectations provided in the special instructions by order desk staff. General functions include: Interface with various internal contacts to facilitate the customized configuration and delivery of orders received from the order desk staff. Timely escalation to the manager of any technical or process related issues. Adherence to Blue Mantis quality system standards and process Proper use of Service Now to update ticket real time to ensure SLA metrics are accurate. Compliance to Blue Mantis standards regarding telephony, Email, dress code and overall work ethic. Remote setup of client device in accordance with specific documented process.
