The Business Development Manager at Flexii is a strategic, "0→1→10" scale-up role focused on market expansion and building the future of work. Role Overview We are looking for an "Avengers-level" Business Development Manager to drive Flexii’s growth in Singapore. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, designing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for core verticals like retail, hospitality, and logistics, and closing high-impact deals. This is a results-driven role for a mission-aligned leader who thrives in fast-changing startup environments. Key Responsibilities ● Market Expansion & Strategy: Design and execute localized GTM strategies for key industry verticals (Retail, Logistics, F&B, etc.) to drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and revenue. ● Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of staffing trends and competitor movements. ● Pipeline & Revenue Management: Own the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation and prospecting to negotiating and closing profitable contracts. ● Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales and profitability targets. ● Customer-Centric Growth: Foster long-term relationships with "Customers" (business) to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. ● Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure the platform effectively addresses client staffing gaps. ● Operational Leadership: Run KPI-driven PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to optimize business-side growth. ● Utilize CRM tools to maintain a transparent and efficient deal funnel. 職務需求 Required Qualifications & Qualities ● Experience: 5+ years of proven success in a startup or high-growth environment (e.g., HR Tech, FinTech, or Gig Economy marketplaces). ● Mission Fit: Deep alignment with Flexii’s mission to provide fair, flexible, and accessible work for everyone. ● Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate market insights into actionable tactics and understand platform unit economics. ● Communication: Business-level proficiency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly advantageous for regional collaboration. ● Mindset: A "hands-on owner" who is resilient, learns quickly from setbacks, and views team success as personal success.
