We’re searching for a Customer Success Specialist who can Booost Flexii’s growth to the next level ● Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a high volume of inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, and live chat) to ensure every customer receives a timely and professional resolution. ● Key Responsibilities: ● Omnichannel Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. ● Issue Resolution: Identify and assess customer needs, troubleshooting routine problems to achieve high satisfaction. ● Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process account details within our CRM system. ● Collaboration: Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure final resolution. 職務需求 ● Qualifications: -Bachelor degree holders -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Proficiency in Mandarin and English -Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn CRM software.
