About this role

Job summary

Due to continued growth and internal promotions, The De Parys Group is recruiting several new colleagues to join our friendly Patient and Clinical Support (PACS) team. Reception roles in general practice can be busy, but they are also among the most rewarding roles in healthcare. As part of our PACS team you will often be the first person patients speak to when they need help, playing an important role in helping them access the right care at the right time.

The PACS team is the front door to the organisation, supporting patients and clinicians across our practice.It is a varied and rewarding role where you will make a real difference to patients every day.

Working Pattern:

We offer flexible full-time or part-time contracts with a range of shift patterns:

Morning: 8:00am 1:00pm or 1:30pm Afternoon: 1:00pm or 1:30pm 6:30pm Full day: 8:00am 6:30pm

Main duties of the job

Welcoming patients at reception Answering telephone and online queries Supporting GPs with triaging requests Directing patients to the most appropriate services Assisting with administrative requests such as test results and Med3 certificates

TDPG is fortunate to have its own dispensaries at our De Parys and Bromham sites. In addition to our routine GMS services, we offer a comprehensive range of services including minor surgery, LARC provision and anticoagulation clinics. We have high QOF achievement and excellent KPIs within the group.
