Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a friendly, flexible and motivated individual to provide reception and administrative duties for the Knowledge Spa and Kernow Accommodation Hub.
You must be able to work calmly, logically, and methodically, and multitask effectively. The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a busy role, and the post holder must be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
You must possess relevant administrative experience and have a good general education. Knowledge of office IT systems such as Excel, Word, e-mail and internet is essential.
The position is part-time, working 18 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9 am- 3.30 pm
Main duties of the job
To provide a reception service to all users of the Knowledge Spa and Kernow Accommodation Hub.
To assist in the administration and co-ordination of all meeting/seminar room bookings for the Knowledge Spa.
To assist in the administration and co-ordination of booking overnight accommodation.
To provide efficient administrative support to the Knowledge Spa Facilities Team.
