Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
1 year minimum of recent experience within an Anaesthetics Unit. Signed off as a competent ODP with the ability to manage and participate in emergency situations and assist with patient intubation. Able to take charge of trolley preparation and setup, including drugs, consumables etc. Able to reassure patients. Ability to work in unfamiliar work environments, using initiative and experience. Competent with Mallampati grading. Identify and escalate a deteriorating patient.
Desirable
A plus if you have more than 1 year of experience.
