Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the practice Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using our electronic health record system Collect patient information, verify insurance details, and update medical records accurately Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate staff Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently to minimize wait times Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning documents, and managing correspondence Maintain a clean and organized reception area to support a professional environmentSkills
Proven office experience with strong organizational abilitie Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting is essential Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Office, EMIS, Accurx and Docman (desirable includes Anima and Abtrace) Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismThis role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a compassionate healthcare team dedicated to making a difference.
