Main duties of the job As a receptionist at Aire View Care Home in Leeds, your primary focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. This involves providing a range of administrative services to assist in the smooth operation of the facility. Your responsibilities will include answering telephones, responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accordingly. You will also be completing reception-related administration tasks, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will ensure the general tidiness of the reception area, working with Housekeeping to maintain standards. This role requires excellent communication and computer skills, along with a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
