FSM Consultant
Job Description: Infosys is seeking an FSM Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.
In this role, you will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams to analyze operational needs, define functional requirements, design solutions, and support implementation across Asset Management, Work Management, and Field Operations.
The ideal candidate will combine utility industry knowledge with hands-on experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), or related enterprise platforms. The role covers the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements, process design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
The position supports integrated EAM and FSM capabilities spanning work planning, scheduling, dispatch, mobile execution, asset information, and enterprise system integration. These capabilities align with the organization’s established FSM offerings and delivery focus. Basic Qualifications
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. • Experience in Field Service Management (FSM), Asset Management, Work Management, Utility Operations, or related business/technology consulting roles. • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional solutions. • Understanding of field operations processes such as maintenance, inspections, work management, scheduling, dispatch, and workforce management. • Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting implementation, testing, and deployment activities. • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications • At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably with 3 years into Utilities or other asset-intensive industries. • Experience participating in one or more end-to-end FSM, Asset Management, or operational transformation programs. • Familiarity with mobile workforce management, field service operations, maintenance planning, and work execution processes. • Understanding of integrations between operational systems and enterprise applications, and experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments. • Exposure to emerging technologies and practices such as AI/GenAI, automation, predictive maintenance, workforce optimization, or digital transformation initiatives; relevant certifications are a plus.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based on the below location will be: ONTARIO: 76,886 - 105,007
