Your role We are looking for skilled Data Engineers with experience in building modern, scalable data platforms and analytics solutions across cloud and big data ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, data lake architecture, ETL/ELT development, and real-time data processing, with prior exposure to the Telecom B2B domain.
Required Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and enterprise data platforms. • Build and optimize Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse architecture. • Develop batch and real-time data processing solutions to support analytics and reporting. • Implement ETL/ELT workflows for large-scale data integration. • Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions. • Ensure data quality, governance, performance optimization, and platform reliability. • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform efficiency and scalability.
Required Technical Skills
Cloud & Data Platforms • Strong experience with AWS services including: o AWS Glue o Amazon Redshift o Amazon S3 o Amazon EKS • Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and distributed data platforms. • Experience with Hadoop ecosystem, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse solutions.
Data Engineering & Analytics • Hands-on expertise in: o Apache Spark o Trino o Apache Superset o Apache Airflow • Experience building and optimizing large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
Programming & Development • Strong proficiency in: o Python o PySpark o Scala o SQL o DBT o Shell Scripting
Streaming & Performance
• Experience with Kafka-based streaming and real-time analytics. • Strong skills in troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and data governance. Domain Experience • Experience in the Telecom B2B domain is preferred. • Understanding of telecom data ecosystems, customer analytics, operational reporting, network performance, and revenue insights will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments. • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation practices. • AWS or relevant cloud certifications are desirable
