This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include fund setup, client identification data, pricing, and cost basis reporting. The Institutional Trust Operations group is responsible for plan and account level onboarding and maintenance requests for a verity of retirement plan products. Tasks include opening accounts per governing instrument and making any necessary data updates to existing accounts, Unique Assets analysis and updates, Private Bank system maintenance, Class Action reviews and various reporting requests.

The Information Management Analyst is responsible for several tasks to ensure the success of the business. Tasks can include but are not limited to creating, maintaining, and analysis of trust statements; the creation of excel based reporting; oversight of end-to-end projects impacting the business; other business support functions and duties as requested by management.

This position may be required to perform duties across the teams to assist during peak volumes.
