The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunities for seasonal Greeters, Exit Booth agents, Return agents and Customer Service Representatives.

Location: Ft. Lauderdale International Airport: 600 Terminal Dr Unit 202, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315

40 hours per week; both AM and PM schedules available

Customer Services Representatives pay is $16.50 / hour

Greeters pay is $16.50 / hour

Exit Booth pay is $16.50 / hour

Return Agent pay is $16.50 / hour

These are seasonal positions starting November 1st, ending no later than April 30th 2027.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:

Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assignedProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsEffectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as neededUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when neededPerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignedTake incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors Return Agent responsibilities include:

Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lotRemind customer to check for personal belongingsIdentify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and foundAdvise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customerProvide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminalThank customers using the prescribed dialogueInquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfactionDiscreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss reportUse of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gasComplete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot locationIdentify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot locationKeep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flowSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Greeter responsibilities include:

Work proactively with shuttlers, auto detailers, return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supplyWelcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lotDirect customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicableAssist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visitsCommunicate customer service issues to managementEnsure that hangtag information is completed correctlyMaintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirementsMaintain Emerald Aisle for cleanlinessThank member for their businessProvide upgraded vehicles on requestPerform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customersSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Exit Booth Agent Responsibilities include:

Prepare all rental documents accurately and completelyVerify car information and VIN number for security and car controlProvide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering our refueling optionMaintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly imageEnsure that Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of our customersProvide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit boothMake eye contact and greet all customersThank customer at the conclusion of all transactionsAssist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information; effectively and efficiently resolve all customer service issues as necessaryPerform other customer service related duties, in addition to those listed, to ensure our service levels meets the needs of the customerSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredMust have a valid driver's licenseNo more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust have a minimum of one year of customer service experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
