About this role
As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will lead a high-impact portfolio, connecting technology and business needs and delivering concrete results. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing IT capabilities within this area of expertise, planning and building IT solutions from business functions. You will work in a multinational team, conducting one or more projects/programs, and be the single focal point (SPOC) between IT Technology and the business for these transformation projects/programs. They will also be responsible for interacting with functional leaders and business units to monitor and execute projects/programs.

Execute the PLM strategy, aligning it with digital transformation objectives and driving business value in the engineering and manufacturing areasIntegrate PLM with ERP, MES, and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integrationAct as a promoter of the Digital Thread and configuration management, expanding traceability, collaboration and decision-making along the value chainOptimize cross-functional processes using Lean and Six Sigma, with a focus on BOMs, process plans, roadmaps, and supply chain integrationEngage business and IT stakeholders, capturing complex requirements and facilitating global collaborationDrive PLM governance and change management, supporting the adoption of new tools and continuous improvement initiativesAct as a reference expert in PLM, guiding teams and supporting training on platforms such as Windchill or TeamcenterResponsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures and guidelines. Your background
Relevant experience in IT and digital transformation, with a strong background in Computer Science or Engineering and deep knowledge in PLM systems and strategyExperience in leading global PLM transformation programs in engineering and manufacturing, with hands-on experience in Windchill, Teamcenter or similar platformsAdvanced knowledge of the processes that connect PLM to manufacturing, including mBOMs, process plans, routings, and integration with ERP and MESProven ability to manage third-party vendors and virtual delivery teams on a global scale, ensuring alignment across distributed stakeholdersApplication of Lean, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 concepts for optimization of cross-functional processes in engineering, supply chain, quality and procurementExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and proven experience in multicultural and multinational environmentsTravel availability of up to 30%, supporting deployments at global engineering plants and sites, as well as stakeholder relationships More about us
