How you'll make an impact

Lead complex international projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project handover through engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and final deliveryTake ownership of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsBuild trusted partnerships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout project deliveryCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and service functions worldwideFoster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and project successProactively identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives while guiding the team through challenges and changeManage commercial aspects of projects, including contracts, claims, forecasting, and financial performanceSupport continuous improvement efforts and contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and the development of project management excellence within the organization Your background

Master's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical fieldSeveral years of experience driving complex international projects in a global industrial environmentExperience within GIS, substations, power transmission, energy infrastructure, or similar industries is highly valuedBeing able to drive project delivery, stakeholder management, and customer engagementBusiness and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and contractsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and successfully navigate complex, multicultural project environmentsProject Management certification (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent) is an advantage but not essentialFluent in English, additional languages such as French, Italian or German are a plusAn organized, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and delivering value to customers We know that no candidate meets every qualification listed above.
