TEAM OVERVIEW:
AGS Logistics team run Warehouse operations across North America. Mainly covering 1 CDC and 20 logical plant locations across 9 regions in the US. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Build annual budgets and quarterly forecastsAnalyze actual results versus planIdentify risks and opportunitiesSupport AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and financial modeling 2. Financial Analysis
Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and cash flowPerform variance analysisTrack key business KPIsDevelop recommendations for improving financial performance 3. Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reportsDevelop dashboards and management presentationsProvide insights to leadership teamsSupport executive reviews 4. Budget Management
Monitor operating expense (OPEX) spendingTrack capital expenditures (CAPEX)Ensure spending aligns with approved plansRecommend cost-saving opportunities 5. Business Partnering
Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and AccountingSupport strategic decisions using financial dataEvaluate business cases and investment requestsParticipating in cross-functional projects 6. Compliance & Controls

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
