Executive Advisory Services Overview: Executive Advisory Services (EAS) is a team of advisors providing customized wealth planning and tax return preparation services to the senior leaders at Bank of America. EAS helps executives identify, prioritize, and meet wealth structuring, cash flow, philanthropic, and educations funding goals. EAS also assist executives with tax preparation and planning. EAS Coordinates with business partners to assist executives navigate internal and external regulatory requirements. EAS also coordinates with business partners to assist executives navigate bank resources, benefits, and compensation plans Job Description: Provides technical expertise to meet the needs of clients in support of the integrated delivery of planning and tax services to EAS clients. Fulfills tax filing and projection responsibilities required for assigned clients, achieving client focused service standards and complying with bank standards and policies, and federal and state tax laws. Filing and projection responsibilities include tax research, transaction analysis, and partnering closely with EAS Advisor and Analyst to coordinate service fulfillment for each client. Reports to EAS Tax Manager.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Preparation of high-touch individual income, gift, and trust tax returns.

• Deep dive preparation of income tax projections and illustrations.

• Full engagement with internal and external business partners on collection of tax and financial planning information.

• Coordination with EAS team for collection of information from the executive and family.

• Conduct tax research to resolve technical tax issues, and partner with EAS teams on targeted tax planning solutions for clients.

• Regular use of EAS tax tracking tool with ongoing communication to EAS client teams.

• Participates with entire EAS team in client deliverable tool maintenance and updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years of experience preparing/reviewing income tax returns for High-Net-Worth individuals.

• Working knowledge of GoSystem and SurePrep preferred

• BNA and other tax planning software knowledge a plus

• Strong communication and organization skills Ability to successfully work within a team-based client service model. Must be able to foster collaboration.

• Demonstrates accuracy and completeness in all tasks and follows up as appropriate.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in related field
