Position Summary : This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. The Governance Lead will establish and operationalize governance, risk, and control frameworks across LoanIQ, CreditLoop, and AI-enabled platforms. This role will partner closely with Enterprise Risk, Audit, Compliance, Information Security, and Model Risk Management teams to drive regulatory compliance, audit readiness, issue remediation, AI governance, and executive reporting. The successful candidate will provide governance oversight for large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring scalable, sustainable, and well-controlled delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards • Lead technology governance, risk, and controls across LoanIQ, CreditLoop, AI/ML initiatives, and strategic transformation programs. • Partner with Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Audit, Information Security, and Model Risk Management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and enterprise standards. • Own audit management, issue remediation, control effectiveness, and governance reporting, ensuring timely resolution of findings and sustainable compliance outcomes. • Establish and operationalize AI governance processes, including model risk oversight, control frameworks, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. • Drive governance for large-scale initiatives, providing oversight of risks, dependencies, controls, and executive reporting across cross-functional teams. • Develop governance standards, policies, metrics, and executive dashboards that improve transparency, accountability, and risk management at scale. • Drive preventive and detective control improvements across the technology estate.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of job realted experience required . • Experience in leading technology governance, operational risk, controls, audit, regulatory, or technology risk programs. • Strong understanding of audit management, issue remediation, risk frameworks, and control environments. • Proven ability to operate effectively across technology, operations, business, and risk organizations. • Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to work fast-paced with AI governance, Model Risk Management (MRM) to navigate and provide oversight for evolving landscape
