Responsibilities / Tasks
• Lead the warranty process and manage customer and supplier claims. • Coordinate investigations, corrective actions, and 8D problem-solving activities. • Act as the primary contact for major quality issues and customer escalations. • Monitor quality performance throughout project execution and service operations. • Collaborate closely with Project Execution, Service, Sales, Procurement, factories, and customers. • Support service and commissioning teams in resolving technical and quality-related issues. • Maintain quality records, reporting systems, CRM tools, and lessons learned databases. • Analyze quality costs, trends, and improvement opportunities. • Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and best practices. • Build and execute the quality strategy for the Eastern Europe Cluster while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Profile / Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, warranty management, claims handling, or a related field. • Technical, engineering, or project management background. • Fluent English and Polish. • Experience in process development and continuous improvement. • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and customer-facing situations. • Experience in a technical, industrial, manufacturing, or project-based environment. • Knowledge of quality methodologies (e.g., RCA, 8D) and CRM systems will be an advantage. • Available for occasional business travel.
