Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets and ensure strong in-store execution through excellent customer relationship management and field coordination.
• Develop and grow key customer accounts, focusing on distribution, category management, and sales performance.
• Define and execute annual customer plans, leveraging core range and new product development (NPD).
• List new products in customer assortments and coordinate promotional calendars aligned with company standards.
• Lead annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of trading terms and agreements.
• Manage accurate sales forecasting monthly and ensure product availability by coordinating with distribution centers and wholesalers.
• Control trade marketing budgets, analyze ROI of promotions, ensure customers profitability and track market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and insights and onboarding of new clients to cover white spots.
Qualifications:
• University degree
• 3–5 Years of Key Account Management Experience
• Strong Market Insight
• Sales Process Expertise
• Financial Acumen
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking
• Excellent Negotiation & Influencing Skills
