About this role

About you Cromwell Property Group is seeking a Team & Office Assistant to join our Adelaide office in a permanent position.

Supporting the Head of Industrial, Development & Transactions, you will combine proactive executive coordination with administration of Cromwell's Australian corporate travel program, Transactions team support and day-to-day coordination of the Adelaide office.

You are organised, discreet and practical, with the judgement to anticipate issues, manage competing priorities and maintain clear hand-offs across several administrative workstreams. You build constructive relationships with executives, colleagues, suppliers and visitors and remain composed when plans change.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience providing executive support and coordinating multiple administrative workstreams in a complex business environment.

• Experience managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, expenses and confidential documentation.

• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with sound judgement about when to resolve an issue and when to escalate.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to stakeholder and supplier service.

• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly across Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

• Ability to interpret approved policies, identify exceptions and prepare clear operational reporting and recommendations.

About the role Reporting to the EA Team Leader, this varied role supports effective executive decision-making while keeping travel administration, Transactions team support and local office services running smoothly.

You will manage priorities within agreed policies, budgets and delegations, maintain accurate records and escalate material service, confidentiality, access or safety matters promptly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Head of Industrial, Development & Transactions' calendar, delegated inbox activity and competing commitments.

• Coordinating executive travel, itinerary changes, expenses, documents and presentations.

• Managing day-to-day relationships and service matters with approved corporate travel providers.

• Supporting Travel Policy reviews, maintaining travel profiles and responding to escalated traveller or travel arranger queries.

• Reviewing travel reporting to identify policy exceptions, service issues, cost efficiencies and traveller experience or safety trends.

• Providing agreed Transactions team administration, including data room and document coordination within approved controls.

• Coordinating Adelaide office visitors, meeting rooms, catering, mail, couriers, supplies, access and service requests.

• Maintaining current records and handover information and providing agreed administrative coverage when required.
