Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize features. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across systems while adapting solutions to align with organizational goals. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential to sustain seamless application operations throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Experience with cloud-based application platforms and integration using APIs. - Familiarity with low-code or no-code development environments to customize packaged solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Ability to manage software release cycles and maintain system stability under changing conditions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Generative AI. - This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required.
