Role: Java L3 Support Engineer responsible for production incident management, environment management, and structured knowledge transfer within a global banking technology environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with software architecture design and implementation. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and scalability. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
