Role: Full Stack .NET Developer responsible for building real-time, end-to-end banking applications using C#/.NET Core and React within a global banking technology environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. - Monitor project progress and implement best practices to maintain high-quality standards. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote innovation and continuous learning within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across front-end and back-end technologies. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications. - Capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
