About this role
The Program Coordination Analyst supports the day-to-day execution of strategic priorities across the Client & Business Transformation Office. Reporting to the Senior Director, Client & Business Transformation, this role serves as a trusted execution partner, helping coordinate programs, leadership priorities, special projects, events, and stakeholder activities to ensure commitments are delivered with excellence.
This individual plays a critical role in keeping initiatives moving forward through effective coordination, communication, follow-through, and attention to detail. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, the Analyst will gain unique exposure to global sales & partner operations, strategic decision-making, leadership engagement, and transformation initiatives.

Program Coordination & Execution
• Support day-to-day coordination of strategic initiatives, projects, leadership priorities, and special assignments.
• Maintain action trackers, project plans, meeting notes, and follow-up activities to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor deadlines, commitments, and dependencies, proactively driving follow-through with stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating activities across multiple workstreams and business priorities.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
• Draft professional communications including emails, meeting summaries, leadership updates, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate communications and follow-up activities with stakeholders across the organization.
• Support preparation of leadership meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Ensure commitments, decisions, and actions are documented and communicated appropriately.
Event & Meeting Coordination
• Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, workshops, recognition programs, and strategic events.
• Coordinate logistics, attendee communications, materials, and follow-up activities.
• Capture key takeaways, decisions, and actions from meetings and ensure progress is tracked to completion.
• Help create a professional and seamless experience for participants and stakeholders.
Team & Portfolio Support
• Maintain organized documentation, repositories, trackers, and team resources.
• Support governance activities, reporting requirements, and portfolio administration.
• Assist with research, analysis, and preparation of materials to support business priorities and leadership decisions.
• Provide flexible support across changing business needs and emerging priorities.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
• Demonstrate sound judgment and maturity when handling sensitive business information.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding leadership discussions, organizational matters, strategic initiatives, and business decisions.
