About this role

• Deliver Copilot Studio training sessions, demos and hands-on walkthroughs to internal team members and client users — introductory sessions, guided labs and follow-up Q&A. • Prepare and maintain training material: session decks, lab exercises and sample data, quick-reference guides, FAQs and short recorded walkthroughs. • Build simple agents in Copilot Studio for use in demos, labs and training scenarios, and keep them working as the platform changes. • Run adoption support activities — drop-in sessions, office hours and floor-walking — helping new users get their first agent working and answering questions patiently. • Support requirement gathering: attend workshops and client meetings, take clear structured notes, capture actions and follow up on open questions. • Document requirements, process flows, use cases and user stories, and keep them current as they change. • Support use-case discovery — helping capture and describe candidate agent scenarios and what each one would need to work. • Support testing and UAT: write and execute test cases, log and track defects, and coordinate business users through testing. • Collect feedback after each training session and use it to improve the content and the way it is delivered. • Handle training logistics — scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, feedback surveys and simple reporting on completion and uptake. • Maintain project documentation and trackers, and support status reporting for the engagement team. • Build your own knowledge of Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, working towards delivering sessions independently and taking on wider business analysis work. .

• 0–1 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, training, functional support, technology or a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internships, academic projects or self-learning experience will be considered. • Excellent verbal and written communication in English — this is the single most important requirement for the role. • Confidence in presenting to a group and communicating clearly with different audiences. Candidates should be comfortable explaining information and responding to questions. • Ability to explain technical or business concepts in simple terms, with the patience and flexibility to explain them differently when required. • Prior professional experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate an interest in AI and Microsoft technologies, along with a strong willingness to learn. Any exposure through academic projects, internships, certifications or self-learning will be an advantage. • · Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. • Good documentation skills, with the ability to write clear notes, requirements, process documentation and guides that others can easily understand and follow. • Basic understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including asking clarifying questions, capturing requirements accurately, documenting use cases and understanding the difference between a user's stated request and their underlying need. • Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage assigned tasks, follow up on actions and meet agreed timelines. • Genuine curiosity and strong learning agility, with an interest in learning Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 and emerging AI technologies. The candidate should be comfortable learning in a fast-changing technology environment. • Collaborative attitude, with a willingness to seek guidance, ask questions and work closely with senior consultants and subject-matter experts. .
