ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for supporting delivery teams’ day to day by covering administrative and project management tasks. The Senior Project Manager will need to juggle several tasks across a high volume of projects and be able to work well with numerous team units. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and to manage time are essential competencies in this role. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for complex projects and would be expected to work independently and proactively to resolve any problems which might occur with their projects. As a more experienced member of the team, the Senior Project Manager might on occasion be needed to help support the wider team, with training, allocation, or resolving project related queries.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Operations:

• Assistance with project operations and delivery, working directly with the end client and cross-functional teams internally to meet client and/ or consumer requirements

• Managing delivery end to end for risk free projects

• Managing top up/ competitor client quoting and delivery of won opportunities

• Reviewing survey questionnaire against project specifications and consulting for best practice

• Define the project plan details including timeline, resources required and potential roadblocks

• Basic scripting/ programming fulfilment

• Updating project specs into a statement of work

• Assistance with sample / quota management and fulfilment

• Monitor field progress, problem solving and identification and implementation of solutions

• Data and quality assurance checks actioned

• Data and report generation

• Effective and proactive stakeholder management both internally and externally

• Protecting the consumer experience

• Compliance on best practices

• An understanding of occasional after-hours and weekend support required

Administration

• Ensuring detailed project briefs/ specs are accurately documented in Salesforce and updated

• Creating and updating daily progress reports and solutions

• Ensuring all project details are documented per required accreditations and policies

• GMT/BST Hours (depending on DST)
