Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Substitute Used as needed $125.00 per day (7.75 hours per day) Must hold a valid Ohio LPN Board License Must pass BCI and FBI fingerprint checks High School Diploma or GED Must hold CPR/AED/First Aid certifications JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Work in the school clinic, administering medication and treating accidents and injuries Attend to student's medical needs Managing students with disabilities and chronic conditions such as diabetes and seizures Mad River Local Schools is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and adheres to all applicable federal and Ohio state laws, regulations, and executive orders concerning non-discrimination.
