PCN 93981045TS Calendar 250/Hrs 8 Paygrade 6 - $25.30/hr Charlotte County Public Schools boasts a competitive compensation package* for employees. • High school diploma or equivalent

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or comparable industry certifications

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an operational environment with computing equipment, operating systems, and local area networks

• Ability to provide professional customer service in a high-stress environment

• Valid Florida driver's license

*Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate. Performance Responsibilities:

• Sets up and maintains networked and non-networked devices.

• Maintains and installs software on networked and non-networked devices.

• Coordinates and performs installation and transfer of networked and non-networked devices with site-based administration.

• Assists in data collection of various types for planned projects, network maintenance, and other problem-solving needs.

• Prepares, configures, supports, and monitors the computer-testing environment for various devices and for multiple electronic assessments.

• Performs reimaging and reconfiguration of computer-testing equipment at the conclusion of electronic assessments.

• Coordinates emergent technology needs with site-based testing coordinators and other district personnel.

• Assists users in identifying, isolating and solving hardware and software problems through the helpdesk ticketing system.

• Acts as liaison between school-based personnel, administration, and district staff,

• 1Communicates site-based technology requests with supervisor based on technical expertise.

• Accomplishes both long-term and emergent tasks based on sophisticated timelines and limited supervision.

• Maintains effective working relationships with other employees.

• Follows federal and state laws, as well as School Board Policies.

• Performs other job-related functions as assigned.
