About this role
Work with bar and kitchen staff. Greet and serve customers in polite and friendly manner and deliver a courtous and professional service. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. Hardworking and flexible . Have the ability to work as both part of a team and on own initiative. Prepare bar, restaurant and function room for food service and ensure all areas are to the highest standard of cleanliness which includes sweeping the floor, wiping and sanitising the tables.
