Job SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (CREDENTIALING PROGRAM SPECIALIST) in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing credentialing programs, supporting the development of transition and education policies, executing organizational initiatives, liaising with Headquarters, and delivering strategic guidance for installation-level program improvements. Major DutiesYou will be ensuring ongoing communication and support throughout the contracting process.You will serve as a point of contact for coordinating project status updates with contractors and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.You will contribute to creating methods that ensure consistency in program messaging across the organization.You will identify objectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of substantive mission-oriented programs.You will support the execution of procedural inspections, reviews, and site visits to ensure installations comply with policies and regulations.
