Job SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (TRANSITION READINESS PROGRAM - TRP) in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing all phases of the Transition Readiness Program, supporting policy development, stakeholder liaison operations, and strategic advisory initiatives to support service member post-transition success. Major DutiesYou will provide expert-level support in analyzing the program through qualitative and quantitative methods to optimize functional business operations, practices, and overall efficiency.You will engage actively in drafting comprehensive and accurate responses to Congressional inquires and taskers by collecting pertinent information, analyzing data, and collaborating with subject matter experts.You will support the review of program administration and operations.You will modify or adapt analytical techniques, evaluation criteria, and methods of measurement to provide a valid assessment of programs or related initiatives and predict outcomes.You will support in researching and evaluating the program's operational challenges by analyzing findings and proposing recommendations for corrective actions.
