QualificationsASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Serves as a resource to others regarding relevant regulations, guidelines, laws, and directives. 2. Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives. 3. Prepares and delivers briefings to large diverse internal and external audiences on complex and/or controversial topics in a manner that is appropriate for the audience and consistent with policy and/or best business practices. 4. Interprets complex strategy and policy problems by applying expert knowledge of policy, strategy, and programs to solve problems. 5. Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience with responding to PP&E compliance and Real Property liabilities taskers. 2. Experience in Real Property auditing and administrative compliance assessments, including engaging with audit teams for regulatory program oversight, internal controls testing, and interagency coordination.
