QualificationsASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Actively listens, without interruption or emotion, and respects diverse viewpoints while interacting with others about sensitive topics or challenging issues within teams. 2. Makes informed decisions about work priorities to ensure accurate completion of assignments and projects, and makes adjustments as required. 3. Is flexible and responds in a timely fashion to changing requirements, priorities, and short deadlines. 4. Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation. 5. Establishes effective working relationships to successfully complete work. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Graduate of the Defense Strategic Debriefing Course. 2. Demonstrated expertise in Vietnamese, culture, geography, Vietnam War history, and the USG’s Vietnam War POW/MIA accounting mission, knowledge and/or experience working with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency. 3. Knowledge and/or experience working with the Defense Attaché Service mission, either in DIA HQs and/or Defense Attaché Offices.
