How will I help?
Join our Continuous Improvement team and help drive better outcomes across Home Lending Operations. You'll partner with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, shape practical solutions and support the delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Partner with stakeholders across Home Lending Operations, Mortgage Delivery and enterprise teams to identify problems, assess opportunities and develop solutions. • Lead analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery of improvement workstreams. • Support the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives using Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. • Challenge and influence stakeholders to improve solution design, execution and value delivery. • Help embed change and drive sustainable operational improvements.
What do I need?
We're looking for someone with experience in business analysis, transformation, continuous improvement or strategic problem-solving within financial services. You'll bring a strong understanding of Home Lending or Mortgage Operations and a proven track record delivering and embedding operational improvements, including process optimisation, automation, digitisation or AI-enabled transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes in complex environments.
You’ll ideally have:
• Strong experience in consulting, business transformation or enterprise delivery environments. • Experience supporting cross-functional squads or large-scale enterprise initiatives. • Coaching exposure on Operational Excellence or continuous improvement programs. • Relevant improvement qualifications such as Lean Six Sigma.
