Job Title: Wire CutterJob DescriptionThe Wire Cutter plays a key role in supporting warehouse and data center operations by accurately pulling wire for customer orders, cutting and bundling heavy-gauge wire, and organizing spools and related materials. This role involves hands-on work with electrical cutting tools and warehouse equipment in a busy, growth-oriented environment, with training provided on order picking and warehouse processes before specializing in wire cutting.Responsibilities
• Pull and measure wire according to customer orders. • Cut and bundle heavy-gauge wire to required lengths. • Use wire cutters, crimpers, and other tools safely. • Organize, label, and stage wire spools for production and shipping. • Assist with inventory counts and stock checks. • Learn and support general warehouse operations and order picking. • Work at different warehouse locations as needed. • Lift and move heavy wire spools and materials (up to 75 lbs). • Follow all safety procedures when handling wire and equipment. • Assist with moving materials using forklifts (if trained). • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Work with team members to meet customer orders and project deadlines. Required Skills & Experience
• Warehouse, general labor, or industrial experience. • Experience cutting, handling, or measuring wire/materials. • Ability to use wire cutters, crimpers, and similar tools. • Basic measuring and math skills. • Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs independently. • Comfortable working with electrical wire and related materials. • Flexible to work at multiple warehouse locations when required. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications
• Forklift experience (preferred but not required). • Order picking and warehouse experience. • Inventory control and material handling experience. • Ability to learn warehouse processes quickly. • Interest in long-term career growth within the company. • Reliable work history and strong safety awareness. Work Environment
• Large warehouse facilities and data center warehouse operations. • Work primarily in the wire department. • Regular handling of heavy wire spools and materials. • Use of: • Wire cutters • Electrical crimpers • Material handling equipment • Forklifts (if certified)
• Physically demanding job with frequent lifting of up to 75 lbs. • Training starts in St. Louis and may later support the Earth City facility. Why Join?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
